  1. Oh my gosh, I have to totally highfive your for loving Hank the Cowdog. Such an awesome series, I read it when I was younger and now I'm reading it to my kiddos and Redwall? Another fantastic series! I'm sorry, I read you about page first and it's just awesome, I kept nodding as I was reading through. Titanic history nerd? Check! (Although the movie still irritates me.) Lord of the Rings Books? Check! I think the only thing I'll have to disagree with is Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. Girl, that series was trash compared to the first one! It's closer in story-line but the voice actors are terrible, the animation frames per second are way lower so less fluid movement and there's no Archer. (It makes me sad. And now you've exposed me for the compete nerd that I am.)

You've got me beat on siblings, I'm the eldest of six. Eight is quite a few!

    1. wow highfive to you for actually reading this! Yes, the Titanic movie gets on my nerves! Why make up some lame characters when the real thing is so awesome! I have a ton of books of real accounts of the Titanic...and they're way cooler. So ...I actually got to interview Dr. Robert Ballard when I was in highschool!! Mmm, I really liked the first FMA, but Brotherhood the storyline was just so much better (and stuck to the manga...)! I probably wasn't as bothered by the voices 'cause that's one of the only animes I watched dubbed and the voices are almost all the same in both series. And, for the record, I do think subs are way better.

Well it was awesome meet another fashionable nerd :p

    2. Right? I remember being so excited for the movie to come out since it could have been amazing then...that happened. I totally agree about it being ridiculous that they had to invent a story when they were so many amazing and heartbreaking stories already surrounding it. Way to go James Cameron. :P (So cool that you got to interview Dr. Ballard in person, that had to have been an amazing experience.)
I also agree about subs, they are pretty much always better, FMA is the only one that I would constantly watch the dudded version. (The voices were so perfect in the first series and while the storyline did differ at a point, Hiromu Arakawa gave a couple of interviews at the time and was way on board with the storyline. she mentioned liking that it was different from how she was planning to finish the series and that she didn't want it at the time to be the same and give away her ending, since this was way before the manga came to a end. And she loved Archer as well. You gotta love a great villain.)
Heh, I'm sorry, I went off on a ramble there. There's always fun to find another person who enjoys the same things and the Titanic and FMA are two things that I could go on and on about for hours. Sorry to take up room on your page about this, thanks for indulging me. :)

    3. I love the sets and costumes of the movie...but the story really sucked! And actually the interview was via email...but still it was awesome!
Yeah, there are a few dubs that are good, but for the most part subs are the way to go. Have you ever watched Fairy Tail? FMA was my favorite until I watched Fairy Tail! (and FMA is only 2nd by a little bit). And yes Archer was cool. Weird...but cool!
Hey, np! It was so awesome to hear from you!! I totally agree! I really could go on forever about the Titanic and FMA :p
